Volunteer families are needed to house young athletes that are travelling from out the state. Hotels cost a lot of money and most of the athelete's travel to 5 or 6 tournments over the course of a year. Each of these tournments give the athlete exposer to college and pro scouts.

The Fort Lauderdale Superstars could not exist without the support and assistance of the community- especially the generous families and individuals who have open their homes and hearts to the young players.

Host Families Responsibilities
- A room and bedding for seven weeks (beginning of June to beginning ..of August)
- Meals as needed
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the player.

Player Responsibilities
- Providing his own transportation.
- Using his own telephone calling cards.
- Being considerate and mindful of the host families household.
